Kaitlyn Christiano’s approach to her career is grounded in discipline and long-term commitment. She earned her finance degree from the °µÍøTV at age 20, graduating with a 3.98 GPA, while balancing athletics, coaching, and multiple jobs. She earned her Florida real estate license over winter break and is currently a full-time MBA student.
Her foundation in leadership began as a competitive gymnast and cheerleader and continued as a coach, where she led teams of more than 15 athletes to top competition placements. Those experiences shaped her ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and lead by example.
At USF, Christiano has focused on preparing for a career in commercial real estate brokerage. She gained hands-on experience through a full-time internship at Matthews Real Estate, where she developed a clear understanding of the persistence required in the field.
She has also built experience in appraisal and market analysis, strengthening her technical foundation, and recently accepted a part-time role supporting underwriting and brokerage efforts with a self-storage team at RIPCO.
Now an MBA student, she continues to apply her leadership in academic settings while staying engaged in the industry through professional organizations and networking.
She also volunteers with Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay, helping middle school students build financial literacy skills.
