International Transfer Dates and Deadlines
As an international applicant living outside the U.S., you may apply up to one year prior to your desired term of entry.
We recommend applying as soon as you can! Additional time is usually required for the submission of academic documents, evaluation and immigration-related matters. I-20 issuance for obtaining a student visa must be completed at least 30 days prior to the beginning of the semester.
Application Deadlines for International Transfer Students

Final Materials Deadline Submit all required documents to USF by June 15 to be considered for Fall admission. |

I-20 Submission Deadline If you intend to take classes during the Fall semester, you must submit documents to receive your I-20 no later than July 24 (one month prior to the start of classes). |

| March 1, 2026 | Spring opens. |
| September 15, 2026 |
Rolling Admission Decisions Begin Decisions will be released starting on September 15 and rolling thereafter. |

Final Application Deadline by this date to be considered for Spring admission. |

Final Materials Deadline Submit all required documents to USF by November 15 to be considered for Spring admission. |
| December 12, 2026 |
