Online MA Applied Behavior Analysis
Mission
The mission of the Online Master of Arts program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is to address the nationwide shortage of behavior analysts by training students to become ethical scientist-practitioners in this field. Our program is designed to prepare students with the comprehensive knowledge and skills required for board certification and empower them to contribute effectively and significantly to the communities they serve. Through a blend of rigorous coursework and opportunities for practical training, we are committed to preparing our students to become leaders in applied behavior analysis.
Objectives
Prepare students with the foundational and applied knowledge in the science and practice of behavior analysis. Prepare students to meet current Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) certification requirements to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Train students to become ethical scientist-practitioners through the application of evidence-based practices.
- Provide rigorous coursework and practical training opportunities that support eligibility for BCBA certification.
- Support students in completing 1,500 hours of Concentrated Supervised Fieldwork across approved settings.
- Graduate students within 2 years who pass the BACB exam at a rate above the national average
